I am flabbergasted that this is free. I have been using MFP for over a month now and loving it. I have also been using weight watchers on line (did both at same time to compare) A few weeks ago they put everyone’s daily allowance down, and at that point they lost all credibility as far as I was concerned. They advocated fruit was free (eat unlimited) …. I do know maths, and that just did not make sense. There website was horrid and they cost money! I am so glad that I have MFP – please don’t go away you will be my lifetime friend :-]

    I was doing ww on line as well. I found that this site has as much if not more then theirs. Even finds more foods in search.
