  • I use a heart rate monitor and log it as strength training circuit. And just put the calories burned on my HRM.
  • And I use a trainer with a partner, so although we work in weights and body weight exercise, I don't have the control of having a weight day with the trainer. I pay in a group.

  • I love my heart rate monitor. I eat a 1.2k cal diet. I only eat back calories for workouts I track with my HRM. I started 60 days ago and lost 12lbs. So I am usually eating more around 1500 cals per day.
  • I love protein shakes. Currently using the chocolate advocare. It's about 220cals. And keeps me full til my first snack,which is wither Greek yogurt , apple w/peanut buter, or some nuts. That holds me til my lunch hour

  • I eat a lot of the same snacks as the previous posts. But sometimes ( especially when studying) I want to snack on a bag of chips ! Ugh so instead Ill measure out dry cereal (such as honey kix) or count out some grapes. It really helps me avoid chowing down during hours of studying!
