I'm in my 6th week of Insanity. I'm not going to lie- it's tough! But you can take it at your own speed and be okay. I don't know about doing a group class, but I'd definitely try it. If it's not for you, you'll know after tonight. Don't try to keep up with everyone else and you'll be fine. Good luck!

Good work! And I totally agree. I haven't lost much weight, but I've definitely lost inches and I look and feel better. The scale is not the end all, be all. Measurements are super important. I'd rather weigh more and look better than weigh less and still look flabby. :)

That's great progress! I've lost inches off my waist and an inch off my hips, but I'm having a heck of a time losing inches off my thighs. Those thick things won't get smaller! You can't give up if you haven't lost anything this week. It takes time for the body to adjust to change and if you've just started working out your body may cling to extra fluid. Remember, weight loss isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. I'm sure you'll do great!

Finish another month of P90X. At the end of May I'll have 16 days left! Drink more water on the weekends. I do a great job drinking a ton of water while I'm at work, but I'm not as good about it on weekends. Get a nice dress for my father-in-law's retirement ceremony. I was something straight and to not feel fat in it. :)

I'm having the same issue. And even going on vacation at the same time- weird. I also have no energy today, so that's not helping anything. I have no advice for you, but I hope we can both find our motivation somewhere and keep going.

There is no "too much" water. I easily drink 12-15 cups of plain water each day, sometimes more. I don't ever stop because I've had enough water.
