You and I are really similar! I’m sitting at 150 lbs, I lift + cardio and eat 40% protein, 40% fat, 20% carbs. I’ve been sitting around 1,200- 1,300 calories a day, and wondering if I should eat more. What made you choose to eat 1,490 a day?

Thanks all! I lowered my calories a lot (I'm sitting around 1,000 now) and increasing cardio to see if I can burn off some fat before building more muscle. I definitely feel a lot less bloated, and I've lost a couple pounds already. You guys are a great resource!

Yes I jumped, and yes I increased at the time I started lifting heavier. I have lifted throughout my entire weight loss journey.

Thank you! I do cardio in spurts, where I'll start to feel really flabby so I'll do it for a week, then quit again. I'm 5'3" and 19 years old. My goal is 115 lbs. If I weigh any more than that my face gets really fat. If I weigh any less I am unattractive to my sig. other ;)
