  • I generally make my mid-morning snack an apple or an orange since I don't eat fruit after 2:00. Greek yogurt (1/2 cup) with strawberries and blueberries is also a great morning snack. For convenience, I sometimes pack a single serving of applesauce (unsweetened) or cottage cheese (lowfat).
  • No more Diet Coke. I thought it would be difficult, but surprisingly, it wasn't. I'm avoiding pasta, but still desire it (I love pasta). Based on all the responses, it sounds like I have a good chance of not really liking pasta if I eat it again. That's encouraging!
  • I use a cup of Plain Kefir (rather than Greek yogurt). Add in a few frozen stawberries and blueberries along with a packet of Truvia. Fast and easy and only 137 calories!
  • Because I've lost the same 20 pounds 6 times in the last 10 years. I'm going to make sure that this is the last time I lose those 20 pounds. I'm going to be as healthy and fit (at 49) as I can be - and 50 won't be a dreaded milestone - it will be an accomplishment!
  • Ditto! Bad food choices, but awesome nonetheless!
