Hello Everyone, I just saw this thread and thought I would bump, and save for later! I also looking for new friends on my weight loss journey. I have anywhere from 130 pounds to 150 pounds to lose. My current goal is to get to 185 pounds and judge how much further I need to go. I am 6'2 by the way.

One more thing on this, I think I eat so much if I skip meals, cause I use the justification of skipping meals as a reason that I can eat bigger portions.

From my OWN experience, I tend to eat a lot more at night if I don't eat through out the day. I spend about 40 bucks a week just for me. I will read the ads and buy the vegetables on sale and in season (that is when they are cheaper). I buy about 20 - 25 dollars in veggies, and the rest in meats. If there is a really good sale on meat I will stock up and freeze it. If I need to buy spices, cooking oil etc. I will…

Hi bumping for later, a lot of good stores to check out. I am 6'1 and always hated shoe shoping. I have 13 narrow/ regular but squeeze into 11s or 12 if I can't find anything bigger. Someone told me that when you lose weight your feet shrink, I hope so!

So I did not gain this week! I think I actually lost, but I start my period this week and I always bloat up 3 - 5 pounds. I have been good with counting everything, and I got out and did some sort of activity 4 times last week. So I have improved a lot, and I am pulling myself back on track. I have lost 20 pounds just by limiting the portions of the foods I love, and adding in veggies and fruit. (For a snack I would chop up veggies and eat them with hummus, or take fruit and peanutbutter with me).
