Can someone look at my diary?

I was wondering if there was someone that could look at my dairy. I don't understand why my goal is such a high number intake for calories....I cannot meet that number with exercise. There is no physical way I can eat that much food. I am completely full and I added as many calories to my dinner and snack as I could and I'm still 171 calories under a net of 1200. Not to mention my goal says I'm over 500 calories until goal. I posted earlier about eating the calories back and got some great information from people. Now, I'm looking for a friend that can help me with my diaries until they think I have a proper hang of it. So any new friends that could help coach me I'd be grateful forever to! Who wants to be my mentor!!!? o.O

I really don't mean to sound needy Sorry if it comes out that way. I just don't want to be doing things wrong so early in! Thanks a lot <3330

Well your diary is closed but you can take a protein shake after workouts that can have anywhere from 250-450 cals easily and all you have to do is drink it.0

You should make your diary public! I tried to give it a look but couldn't. What is your daily activity level set on would be my first question....0

You can also add some raw nuts, avocado, peanut butter (i.e. healthy fats/calories).0

Click the food tab - go into settings - scroll towards the bottom and there should be a privacy setting for your diary0 -
Almonds. Yummy and made my skin look so amazing.
Dark Chocolate Blue Diamond Almonds (The dark chocolate is just a hint, almost like a dusting of chocolate powder.0 -
What is this calorie level you can't eat?
Usually when I hear that I find a few things:
1. The person is drastically underestimating their caloric intake (ie, they think they are eating 1200 calories and actually eating much more)
2. They've gotten used to eating a certain way (at 1200 cals for instance) and are convinced more would be too much. And it can feel like it at first but it is certainly possible.0
