weigh once a week. take measurements you may be losing inches with out losing weight. try a high protein diet like that beach one. and i weigh in the morning when i'm at my lightest. plus your probaly gaining muscle from working out

i had my first sucessful weekend in 3 months. i hit the gym first thing before i could sit down and get lazy. i think that was key to my sucess. i'll find out this saturday i guess.

i've been doing an elliptical 1 hour 6 times a week plus i walk the dog 30 mins morning and evening. i'm getting sick of the elliptical so i'm cutting it down to 4times weekly. then 2 days of strenght training. do you use all your exercise cals too. i've been trying to not use them. unless your in a pool ac or rain florida…
