Hey - We love using Smucker's Natural, it is soooo good. Ingredient list: Peanuts, Contains 1% or less of salt. That's it! Yummy! No trans fat but it does have other natural good fats.

There was a group in California that stated that was the case a few years ago but has since retracted it after Herbalife and several third parties performed tests on the products to prove the inaccuracy. YES! It is a great program. Just completed it with a friend. We did one 5k in the middle of the program, had to run & walk with a time of 48mins. We use Herbalife shakes - low calorie, great amount of protein and nutrients, comes in a variety of flavors. My favorite is to mix almond milk, herbalife vanilla, a tbsp of peanut butter, a tbsp of chocolate pudding mix powder, sometimes with a banana. Comes out to about 230 calories for the meal. YUMMY!

I am currently using the Herbalife Formula 1 shakes and having good success. They are packed full of nutrients and have proven to be very filling. You may need to replace the battery in the chest strap? My HRM was doing the same thing and that solved the problem. Good luck
