I do over head presses, bicep curls chess press, fly's (sp?) tricep kick backs, and a squat and press, I am thinking I will up it lol. Maybe to a 12 and then go from there.

5'6 and my GW is 148-145 I would really like to see 145 even for a day lol but I will be happy to get under 150 currently I am 167.5

I do both I am over on my BMI and would like to get back into the healthy range so the cardio is to burn fat, I do strength training because I want to be toned and wont get there only doing cardio.

thanks thats a good idea maybe I can nuke them before I leave the house and throw them in the car with me. I can go without fast food if I am home but if I am running errands....Which is often I am a mom of 3 and I run a preschool. I can't seem to talk myself out of not stopping

Thanks Everyone! I think I may just focus on inches right now I know before when I had lost 7 I felts so proud but nothing looked all that different but when I started to work out harder I felt more confident as I saw things flatten and tone.

This happens to me every month. Its terrible its like I can't get enough chocolate or anything salty! and it has to be a combinations I eat something sweet and automatically crave something salty. I hate it.

I did my initial test this morning and got a 22. I am also doing the 100 pushups and 200 squats My pushups were sad I only got 10, I was informed by my husband today I don't go down far enough in my push up so I really focused on getting down there during the test. I am in! I obsess over weighing myself and sometimes I wonder if that is what is setting me back. So I would love to just take a month and only work out and eat right and see what happens!

Can I ask how you did it? I need to lose 20lbs and I seem to lose the same 5 pounds and then gain it back. Or I start to make progress then mother nature hits and I bloat up or worse gain extra weight. I feel like I am fighting an up hill battle!

Thanks! I guess I never thought of this site like that! I mean I know I use it to count my calories and add my workouts, I am a dork! I think I was just hoping for something that will tell me stop eating that! lmao not that I eat a ton of junk, but I am at a plateau so I feel like I am doing something wrong.

I would love to see some reccomendations too. I have a digital one that I think just holds a weight and won't change lmao, and then a regular scale that no matter where I put it in the house will say I weight 20 pounds more!

I try not to cut out anything ( except fast food) I find if I cut it out I will think about it until I eat it., but I had noticed a lot of people saying they cut dairy out, I had never heard that before so I was curious Thanks!
