It gets better I promise! I couldn't even go from standing to sitting and vice versa for the first 3 days without agony. It got a little better around day 5 and then by day 7 just a few dull aches. I started her ripped in 30 after the shred and I never once was in the pain the next day. So I truly believe the 30DS is a…

I did it starting January 1st. I consumed about 1400 cals a day. I did it 30 days straight and never took a rest day. I used 2 lb weights and even with those I was sore as heck for the first week. I lost 2 pant sizes and dropped from 163 lbs to 149 lbs. Good luck with it and give it your full effort no matter how much it…

Thanks ill have to try that :)

Add me if you like. I'm on here every day :)

Thanks guys its a great feeling :)

Thanks! Believe me I've googled the heck out of lightening the appearance of stretch marks! Most well informed sites say there isn't much you can do. I've even tried an "it works!" body wrap and I put cocoa butter on my stomach every night. I don't think it will help but I figure there's nothing wrong with having soft skin…

Not going to argue that this isn't the case. I'm still always learning new things. But one thing I have learned is too eat more than 1200 cals a day and that I certainly do!

Huh that's weird since I've lost almost 40 lbs, never plateaued, eat the calories mfp says to eat, and have muscle that I didn't have before. Super JM fan here and she says strength and cardio circuit training burns fat while building muscle and that's what I've done believe it or not

I mix cardio in with strength training when I workout. You can gain muscle but you need the cardio to burn off the fat that will be over top of it

I work out every day sometimes multiple times a day unless I am ill

I would invest in a heart rate monitor. I never exercise without mine. I did the 30DS in January and got some pretty decent results I hope you achieve them as well. Good luck and don't give up no matter how hard it seems! It will get easier :)

Wow same age, height and similar stats as me. I hope to have similar success as I have started strength training a couple weeks ago

Bump

The above all added. Thanks :)

I'm 5'4" I was in the 150's when I did it and burned about 175 cals
-
Thanks I will definitely check the Chalean Xtreme out. I have heard good things about that as well
-
Wow I really thought more would have done this

Eating back exercise calories is always a huge controversy on this site. I, personally, don't eat mine unless I'm extra hungry that day. I have had successful weight loss and toning. But I imagine someone will quote this and say how horrible it is not to eat them and how I'm ruining my body! If not eating them has not been…

Always looking for friends as well who are active in logging and giving support :)

In my opinion the circuit training gave too high of a calorie burn. Get a heart rate monitor you can find em pretty cheap. I was around 160 lbs when I did the shred and I burned anywhere from 150 to 180 cals depending on the level and how much effort I put into it that day. Once you find out how many calories you burned…

I have walking weights for my hands. They are only 1 lb each. I wouldn't use ankle weights myself but having more resistance in your arms while walking will definitely help to tone

14 lbs

I'm in! Just did 180 with my circuit training, what's 120 more! ????

Awesome! Keep at it no matter how bad it hurts ????

30 days straight no rest

Thank you everyone ????

I have definitely been eating healthier as well. Most days I also went for a walk or rode my stationary bike
