I've only got 7 days left of the shred and I can tell you all its worth doing even as hard as it is. I have had some awesome body changes. Visible cut muscles in my arms and legs and no more back boobs! ????

I eat all my cals in the afternoon/evening. I've been pretty successful, I'm still alive, I haven't went bald, or yada yada yada.... Some people def over exaggerate the side affects of not doing everything perfectly and by the book.

Good job! I started at 180 lbs as well I'm down to 158 as of today. You look amazing and definitely a huge difference in the before and after pics. I hope soon to be posting some of my own

A coworker of mine lost 103 lbs and I watched it happen! Instead of being jealous of how awesome she looks I told myself if I work hard I can look awesome too :)
