My weekly goals are to: 1) drink 8 glasses of water a day (2 before work, 2 before lunch a work, 2 after lunch at work, 2 after work at home) 2) Keep to my workout schedule!

I go to an adult Gymnastics class once a week. I'm sure it was easier when I was younger lol! I have gloves and though they lessen the callouses they don't eliminate them, keep moisturising those hands to help keep the skin soft!. The main reason i got some is because the texture on barbell and dumbbells were hurting my hands. Also I think gloves look awesome haha

yep agree with atlmel. maybe perhaps you are going slightly too heavy and straining. I obviously don't know your strength though but if i was straining to lift something I might get pain behind my eyes. but best bet is to see a doctor to rule out anything bad first!

Nancy Botwin, Jason Statham, Spiderman - hmmm not sure I'll be alive at the end. perhaps spiderman can make a web home too high for zombies to reach and he can fetch me and jason food (we've chucked nancy to the zombies by now), and we can wait until a better team kill all the zombies for us ha!

Well this is disappointing, I've succumb to the chocolate already :blushing: had a minor car accident (someone drove into the back of me) and i just had to eat the chocolate now I feel bad about it. :grumble:

Just did 1A and boy those planks are hard work! got to 25 seconds and had to go to my knees. I'm totally going to feel my abs tomorrow! Feels good to be back with the weights though after my week off. I'd forgotten how shaky my muscles are after a good workout :smile:
