I eat back some of my calories. I don't want to eat them all because more often than not I am very full before I would get to all those calories. I eat what my body is telling me that I need to be satisfied, but not overly full. It has worked out perfectly and I am losing at a steady rate

Thanks guys! It's nice to know that I'm not alone in this. I think my years of overeating has just made me feel like I should be eating more. My eyes always have been bigger than my stomach!

I just bought a jawbone for myself and it's such a motivator to know how many steps I'm moving in a day. It makes me push myself to get more steps in today than I did yesterday.

Same here! I want to lose about 15 pounds, hopefully before my birthday, which is in may :) I don't really have anyone to help keep me motivated either
