Decreased appetite?
Ok, so does anyone else notice that their appetite has significantly decreased since losing weight? I’ve noticed that it’s a struggle to eat my 1500 calories sometimes. I’ll eat some oatmeal and be full halfway through. Anyone experience this too?

My NSV today
I tried on a bikini for the first time in I don't even know how long and didn't feel uncomfortable or hate my body in it. I still have a long way to go but wearing a two piece swimsuit today really lifted my spirits. I hit the gym extra hard today!

Should I be losing weight too??
I've been trying to tone up and lose some weight for the past month or so. I'm eating about 1400 calories a day and exercises 4-5 days a week for about an hour of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training each time. About two years ago I lost 35 pounds and have kept it off. Now i'm trying to lose weight again to get to my ultimate goal but i'm lacking the motivation and most of my friends on here rarely use it.
