Yep only when doing dips. I did standing tricep extensions yesterday in place of dips...I'll try seated next time. :-)

Thank you! The pain isn't crazy unbearable...but its to the point where I focus on the pain more than the reps...if that makes sense? Any ideas on what to substitue in for dips? Got a few questions... Shin splints - I get them whether I run or walk (quicker when I run though). I should only weigh myself once a week...but typically I do it daily. I only count weigh-ins on Mondays though (so once a week).

LOVE cottage cheese! I eat it straight...just like ice cream. I'll also add it to a salad. Not a fan of mixing it with fruit...

I personally prefer being tan over not, but I realize there are risks involved. For me, its my 'reward' after going to the gym. If I go to the gym, I allow myself to tan...any day I don't go to the gym, I don't get to tan.
