that's what my hubby and I are going to do, we have an attached garage and also a one car unattached...gonna convert the attached into a gym and move the car to the unattached....leaves no excuses :wink: I have heat in my garage so it's not a prob in the winter!

Have had a very productive day :bigsmile: ....decorations down both inside and out and stored away thanks to my wonderful husband....he is a big help! Now ready to complete my second walk to get my 500 plus calories burned for today :happy: I know some of you are burning way more but compared to my "nothing burned" last…

Simply.....try monitoring your sodium intake....drink at least 8 glasses of water per day....cause the old saying is...where water goes salt will follow and vice-versa hope this helps :smile:

the only way I have found to control it is strict monitoring of sodium intake, I had been replacing certain foods with fat free and low fat but come to find it out those foods are higher in sodium so I am better off to stick with the real stuff and count the calories...I can get rid of a calorie quicker than I can water…

here's my plan for burning 1000 this weekend: 250 treadmill this morning and evening and repeat in the morning :happy: that should do it..... NOW HERE I GO :bigsmile:
