I have this DVD and I love it. Totally kicked my butt!:smile: It really hits every part of your body and is a good challange. BL bootcamp is a really good one too!

So Friday I got about 90 minutes of good walking in. Since then none:grumble: My son has been sick :sick: so I haven't been able to make it out. Hopefully tonight is better so we can get some walking in before the snow and rain come. I can't believe the amount of time everyone has spent walking. WTG

I did great all last week. I was so proud of myself. Then this weekend all I did was lounge on the couch and watch movies with my son who was sick. I have been on depo and not experienced any weight gain now or two years ago when I started it. Also not experiencing any problems losing weight by watching what I eat and exercising.

I have The Biggest loser yoga for weight loss and I love it. Alot of times library's have dvd's and even exercise ones that you can check out. Might be a good way to try a dvd before purchasing.

2/18 bad day food wise. I went out for my friends b-day. nothing too healhy on the menu. 1938/1250. I intended to do a workout last night but i got home too late and was so tired. Well today is a new day. I am staying within my cals today and getiing a good workout in.

For me a binge is going over my daily calories. Or like today at the potluck picking one sensible desert for a treat instead of a full serving of all of them. I limited my self to 1 Sugar Cookie. 130 Calories. ontop of my 150 calories of chilli. So proud of myself. But anyways for me it is just a controlling myself thing.…

There were a few things that helped my son. The plugin waterless vaprizors worked great. They are portable so you can just plug it in what ever room he is in. This still is a must have when him or I are sick. Also for the congestion little noses nasel saline spray helped alot to to losen up all of the mucous. Check with…

Great Job everyone for overcoming the temptations. The workout did feel great. Normally I only do 30 minutes of cardio but decided it was time to bump it up for more of a challenge. :happy: It sure does feel great and I have a great glow today. Keep up the great work everyone.
