Nope, I still don't know the answer. As for maintaining weight, it does seem like a lot! It does work but I work out at least 5 days a week and I seem to break even. I really feel like I would slowly gain if I ate that much without exercise... maybe I am just paranoid.

That is awesome!! And I totally agree. I did 30 day shred for 30 days in a row so in that time I did not run or do any other exercise. Two days after finishing I went for a run and ran 2 miles EASILY. I wasn't even tired but stopped because I was back at the house. The next day I ran 3 1/2. I could not believe my endurance…

I just got this dvd last week. Wow! The only reason it didn't kill me is because I'd just finished 30 days straight of 30 day shred so my endurance is up a lot and I am very familiar with a lot of her moves. It's a great workout. I fully expected to have lost about 10 pounds after almost an hour of this. LOL

It will be challenging but you can do it! As others have said, follow the modified movements. It is a great workout! You will get better and better at it every day. Good luck.

I just got Wii Zumba for Christmas. I really enjoy it but I have not been to a Zumba class. Having been to other fitness classes at the gym though, I imagine that Wii Zumba wouldn't match the fun and mood of doing it in a class with a real instructor and other people. Interesting thread! I've always believed that it didn't matter what you ate as long as you stayed within your calorie range. But I've found that for me, not eating late is best because if I do I wake up still kind of full and unable to eat a good breakfast. Which leads to me starving by lunch and then I overeat midday...…
