I got caught up with some family stuff, so I'm starting Day 1 today. Friday I'll do Day 2, and then Day 3 this weekend.

Hi, I'm Tammy! My initial test was 40 sit-ups. I probably could have gone a few more but didn't want to strain myself. Week 3, here I come. I'll probably start tomorrow too, as I'll do the Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule. I'm getting excited to get some beach abs for the summer!

I over indulged on my kids chocolate. :( I ran 7 miles today and will run 5 on Thursday. I hope to be the same weight I was last week when I weigh in on Saturday. It's a process right?

When I have had to go there recently, I've gotten the oatmeal with fruit and no brown sugar. It's pretty good I guess.

Running more frequently. The more you run, the more your body will adjust. Also weight train.

I've only run one 1/2 marathon so I'm no expert. However I'm in the process of training for my second. I do like to have a pasta dinner the night before. I don't know if that is actually loading up, but it's what I do the night before I have my long runs anyway. I second the nutrition during the run. I like the gels...easy…

Well, I lost 1.2 lbs...so maybe my water weight was on last week when I weighed. YAY! Have to deal with tomorrow, then back to running on Monday. Happy Easter everybody!

My family eats horrid! I'm so scared for tomorrow. SIL feels the need to make 5 billion deserts. UGH! I will only eat one tiny slice I will only eat one tiny slice I will only eat one tiny slice...... I'm bringing a fruit platter for the appetizer.

They still cut that way sometimes. Not all c-sections are bikini cut. I have a few friends who had the transverse c-sections within the past 5 years. I know it's now April...but I'm reporting my March results. 3/1/12 128.8 3/5/12 127,0 3/12/12 129.6 3/19/12 125.8 3/26/12 126.4 3/31/12 125.2 Total loss of 3.5 lbs. I feel good about that. I'd like to do the same in April, if anybody would like to join!

It's TOM for me, so my goal is to NOT GAIN this week :). Taking a few days off from running and trying to eat reasonably.

I cook up some garlic, onions, tomatoes and then the last minute or two add chopped spinach on top. I add that mixture to some pasta and add blue cheese. YUM!

My first NSV I posted this week, I got my LDL down to 94 from 150! I just signed up for a half marathon....getting excited! CW: is 125 GW: (end of April) 121 Edited to Add, my weigh in day is Saturday.

I'm 5'2", started in January at 130 and am at 125 now. I'm hoping to get down to 115, but will be happy at 120. I feel like I lose a lb. gain it back, rinse repeat...but I'm slowly getting there! Overall I'm eating healthier so that's the most important thing. Feel free to add me!

I forgot about that...I did that regularly when I first moved out of my parents' house! Another for me was Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Shortcake by the pint always...and oreos by the sleeve.

At least you didn't gain. You've had a rough month, the scale will start moving again if you keep doing what you're doing.

I once ate the a whole bag of those Hostess powdered donuts. I was so embarrassed I buried the bag away in the trash and my mother thought they didn't pack them when they were bagging the groceries. (I grabbed them right when she got home from shopping) She went back to the store, complained and got another bag. :blushing:

Exercise definitely helped, but I've been eating more fruits and vegetables then ever before.

Well, if I bought something at LULU I sure as hell am not going to run 8 miles in it. Target workout clothes are just fine by me as long as they wick. I also don't wear a speck of make up or put my hair up in ponytail because it's too short. I never got those who wear make up to the gym?

Well, if you read the OP, it does sound like it. In summary, Hey, I lost 11 lbs and I take these vitamins, message me if you want more info. I'm seeing this alot on these boards and I don't blame people for being precautious because of it.

I get it, but I'm trying to feed my family in a healthy way also so I don't view it as diet food. Here's an example. Tacos, a staple in my house, are for dinner once a week. I make them with ground turkey and I use plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I serve a side salad, and it's a healthy "normal" meal. I now eat…
