I know you're only breastfeeding once a day, but that could be it. I couldn't go below a certain weight while breastfeeding. Once I weaned, 5 lbs. magically just came off. SO, that could be it.

This is how I eat my waffles. That and my 3 year old does too. She does use syrup but asks for yogurt on top instead of butter! That and she prefers Kashi to Eggo waffles. YUM, can't wait for breakfast now!

THanks! I usually run 3-4 miles on the treadmill and sprint towards the end, so I do know what my fastest speed is (between 6.8 & 7). Thanks....I know how that can injure somebody just getting into a new fitness routine.

Okay, I admit it, I'm skinny fat! I'm 5' 2", 127 lbs. How do I find out my BF%? Will the 30ds help me lose fat and gain muscle or should I focus on lifting weights at the gym?

You'll also start having your go - to meals. I mostly eat the same 3-4 things for breakfast, 4-5 for lunch, and snacks. Dinner varies, but I try to leave between 400 & 500 calories for that. Good luck on your journey!

I agree. The more water, fruit, and veggies I eat, the fuller I am. Also, eating sweets and foods with a lot of sodium open up my "I'm hungry, I need more" gates.

I find when I add fruit (bananas or any kind of berries) to my cereal it helps keep me full for the morning. I also like fried eggs. I tried microwaving an egg the other day for a quick scramble/omeletty type thing with added veggies. That was good too and quick.

Depending on the airline, I would highly recommend avoiding anything related to nuts...a lot of tree nut allergies out there nowadays. How about pre-measuring out bags of pretzels, and um...fruit.

These are my weakness. I LOVE them all!! I ate a box of Tagalongs last week. At least they're all gone now. Bring them to work; that'll solve the problem.
