Fyi some companies like "soy delicious" make an almond milk with 5g of protein. Also the coconut/almond milk blend by Almond Breeze is pretty tasty :3

I buy mine at Safeway/Giant (in the organic section or by the coffee and tea) but they also sell it at Trader Joes and Whole Foods. You can also buy it online :)

an all protein diet did not work for me (they put me on one at the advice of my old nutritionist). It made me gain 10 pounds! (and not 10 lbs of muscle either...)
