It's a New Day!

Today I start on a new journey. A journey to manifest my destiny. A destiny I deserve. This journey will not be one of just good luck, or hard work…It will be one of happiness, joy, gratitude, praise, and most of all courage. This journey is private and intimate, one that I cherish and hold close to my heart but no matter how intimate this will be I will need the assistance of so many including God, the Universe, my family and friends, as well as Mother Earth. We all want a great future, one that fulfills all of our hopes and dreams such as a happily ever after with a perfect spouse, the golden job, lots of money, friends that make a difference in our lives, health, and ultimately happiness. How often do we think of ourselves before others…or others before ourselves? Either way we skip the balance and often forget about one or the other. I am a life learner, and at such a young age I have realized that the Universe is open to me, and God wants me to have everything that my heart desires as long as I deserve it. I am here to share my experience, grow with others and support them. This will document my journey...It’s high and low points, as well as my successes and failures.
Ladies and gentlemen, we come here all in different places in our lives, some of us mothers, or fathers...students or teachers, single, married, or complicated, but ultimately we are all here to better ourselves, and our futures. The world is open to us, and I know that each and every one of you have the potential (and I'm sure a lot of you have already) to grab with life by the horns and show it who you really are. Losing weight is a process in our journey, one that can make all the difference in our daily outlook, decisions, happiness, confidence, and strength. I am one of those women that is always there to lend an ear or a hand. So here is a brief visual of my story.
I am 21 years old. I met the love of my life and married him on October 11, 2012 in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by our family and friends. I have struggled with my weight most of my life, and as of the past two years it has really caused me to change my everyday routine and it has caused me to not be as confident or positive as I have been previously. I have a sister form of Lupus which causes me to sick frequently, and I often end up in the hospital. Though I do not use being sick as an excuse it has caused my eating habits to change, and not for the better. I struggle with depression (as many of us do), mainly in part to my mother passing away when I was fourteen which can also cause me to not eat as healthy as I should, and often drains me too emotionally to even think about exercise. I know that mind is over matter, which is why I am starting this journey. I want to grow within myself, have faith in Him, and strive to be happy and healthy for my marriage, future family, and ultimately myself. We all deserve a fabulous life, and I think I was brought here for a reason.
I would love to have the support of you, and in turn I WILL support you! We are all here for each other brothers and sisters to support and grow with each other. I'd love to hear from you! It's a new day, let's get started!

I m here and would love to support you. You sound like a very goal oriented spiritual woman. You can do this. I've lost 28 lbs so far and it isn't easy but already feeling so much better and motivated more than I have in years. Wish I would've smartened up at your age. I'm 45 . Anyway I'm here for you. It's about being accountable, humble and honest.0
