I need to lose weight, but I keep reading in order to lose weight you have to have protein, I'm horrible for getting meat in as I'm not a huge meat eater, if I'm lucky I get one meat a day...I'd like to tone, as I need to lose about 140 lbs to be at my ideal weight, so I'm torn on how to go about this, I'm doing Jillians…
