How about croutons? 2 Tablespoons? What? How do you put croutons in a tablespoon? Well I just did and guessed at 3 croutons per tablespoon. I'm dieing here.

If your BMR is 1320 then you should eat at least this in calories plus exercise. It appears like you should be eating between 1500-1600 calories which is about 20% less than your TDEE. You should not go below 1200 calories.

I have MFP select my calories based on sedentary and working out 5 days 60 minutes each day. I then log my exercise based on my HRM. I also have a Fitbit linked to MFP. So far so good. I do eat my exercise calories back. Always has worked for me. Good Luck!

PB2 is great for mixing into protein shakes but it is not peanut butter. I'm an addict of peanut butter. I put it in oatmeal, eat it with a fudgecicle, on apple slices for the most part, and oh, peanut butter and jelly when I get that craving.

Do you know what your TDEE and BMR are?

If I'm remembering correctly I believe it's 1 gram of protein per Lean body mass. So take your body fat % and subtract it from your total weight. Good Luck!

I am on my first week of Beta. I didn't take a break going from Alpha. I think it's by choice if you take a break. I believe the program is meant to be continual. Maybe someone else knows for sure. Congrats on completing Alpha! I really enjoyed the change in Beta this week. Good Luck!

Kashi cereal has good amount of protein. If you want to change it up and still eat eggs make an omelet with egg whites with veges, cheese, cubed ham. I've eaten them this week and mine is 327 calories with a piece of toast and a little margarine. Delicious!!!!!
