  • Absolutely snacks. Trust me - if you let yourself get ravenous one of two things will happen: 1) You'll overeat WAY past the value of whatever snack you would have had; or 2) You won't keep up the diet because you'll be feeling deprived all the time. Goooo snacks! :D
  • A screwdriver is a good choice as long as they're not too heavy handed with the orange juice. And at least there's a little nutrition in there too. ;)

  • FINALLY!!!!! PROGRESS!!! I measured today and for the first time in 35 days saw some results!!! I have lost a total of 5" this past week (thighs, hips, waist). GOD that feels good!!!!

  • Major bummer - granted I only have a cheapy wrist-watch HRM that you have to continually "check in" with (which is almost impossible while doing the Shred) but I tried to check in after each section (so about 9 times) and it tells me 179 cals. :noway: Grrrrrrr
