I pretty much do the same as you do, once I get on the computer I log in what I had for breakfast, then what I'll have for the other meals based on what I'm cooking for that day. seems to be working okay for me

thanks all, its not around eating time, usually at least 2 hours after and I cut all salt out that is possible back in jan. don't use anything but mrs. dash and check the sodium on my log in foods and I stay way under 2500

I can't handle running to bathroom every couple minutes, it totally drained me, did it for 3 days and that is enough. my doctor said same thing 3 to 7 days, well 3 days is enough, I have had irritable bowel for years and that's bad enough and I think having that and this medicine will make me be like this for more days…

thanks, this has really helped me understand why I shouldn't go below 1200 calories, I was trying to go on 900 or less and didn'ty lose and now I have been doing more like the 1200 or 1400 at times with exercises, havn't lost weight but have loss inches

okay I went on to hooping.org it say's under the faq's that you will burn 210 calories in a 30 min. session. I to have been reading many articles on this, magazines, on line, other friends.....I through all my diet junk out, went and bought some flavored water and didn't realize even that has aspartame in it, so down the drain it went, wasted 10 bucks, so I will stick with water and sugar in my coffee:ohwell:
