Thanks for the idea, and setting all of these challenges and spreadsheets up. My doc is happy and says that I'm loosing weight slowly over a reasonable…

Don't be afraid or ashamed to seek out professional help if you need it...... You don't have to face issues alone, there are people trained and qualified to help you. There are also people in support groups who may be going through the exact same thing as you. You are not alone......

Could it be something else? Are you feeling stress and anxiety....pains from muscle tension is common, I believe, in the body and jaw as a result of this.

It's interesting notice the difference between the "global" view of MFP healthy, overweight, and obsese vs Fit2Fats "healthy range" If it look at Fit2Fat I've almost made it to my healthy range, whereas on MFP ..... Perhaps the variance is really the use of measurements to determine lean body mass and body fat percentage

I tried excersing before bed last night....fasting this morning was 100....... I'm going to try this daily to see if I hit the mark or lower and if it shows up consistently then I know this is a "KEY" for me. Thanks again for the suggestion.

I stopped by your blog. Very nice. I think journaling abou the experience is helpful. It allows you to consider "everything" that is occurring and how it is impacting you. Plus, you could also take the journal to your healtcare provider and discuss your own observations about stress, anxiety, impact of meds, etc as you…

I read that metformin alone ususally does not cause lows....perhaps you need to discuss with your doctor about the really lows cause you may need something adjusted. My doctor recommended that I sprinkle cinnamon on stuff. I usually take a stick of it and put in in a cup of hot water and sip after breakfast and lunch. I…

Saw doc today and he's changing metformin to slow release pills and splitting them up into 250 mg taken twice daily.

Oh my has your hearing returned? So are you off medication totally now? I've been having problems just with 500 mg of Metformin....severe cramps, gas and chest pains.....now trying to cut it in half and do half am and half pm to see if the effects diminish.
