For me my greatest motivator and partner in exercise is my daughter....She's always moving quickly and likes to takes walks or workout on her WII....I usually do sometype of exercise in the background while watching her go, but we sometimes walk together.

I do. I've really tried to start doing stretching exercise....through the pain. My shoulders and neck are the worst....they ache constantly...... I'm been trying to do relaxation of body parts......still working on it. I'm thing message therapy may help or perhaps acupuncture....cause the pain is consistent and constant.
