I think it's all about balance and body chemistry. We do eat too many starches and do few fruits, veggies & nuts as a society. However, I don't think Paleo is sustainable life style. I agree! Being large, I have to lose about 20 to notice a change in myself and 30-40 for others to notice. Also, learn to pair your healthy fats/ proteins with your starches/fruits. Thanks for the advice but I am still going to weigh in daily. I have lost weight before and even through periods of no loss it helped keep me on track.
