I guess I want to try not to overeat. I have a bad habit of doing that, so in my head I'll try sticking between the 1200-1400 range. I definitely cannot crash diet - doesn't work and I'm not a believer of them. But I want to try and eat healthier :)

Thank you all! I'm going to play around with this but stick to 1200 cals a day. Either way I'll try not going over the 40-50% of fat content per day.

That was really helpful. I'm going to switch my routine up, and always try to do weights first, followed by cardio. And try and minimize the breaks between the sets since I'm trying to lose fat. Thanks so much again!

Thank you all so much. I'm going to start today, and definitely not give up foods like chocolates etc, just make sure that I can fit them into my daily goals. Time to get back on that dreaded weighing scale again. :)

I think i'm going to try that. I actually eat about 1200 most days and a couple times a week eat back my exercise calories. I'll try eating them back on a regular basis. It does sound a bit scary like you said, but if it helps, then I better try it. Thanks so much :)

That's true. I was thinking about all the damage I did to myself hogging all that chocolate and junk food in college. So I guess making all that go away quickly isn't possible :) I need to stay patient! Thanks :)

okay, so basically it's only after the 30 minutes when the body started burning fat. So if I'm going for a run, I should push myself the most after the first 30 minutes?

If you mix a spoon of honey in warm water, add a little bit of lemon juice to that mix, and drink a glass of it first thing in the morning, it helps with weight loss and great skin!
