  • I like the bodyrocker.it. It's a free website with a bunch of diff workouts that are between 12-20 min. It's rough but she does modifications. I don't really care for how they dress or some of the pictures but the workouts are great! Couch to 5K is also a great program for very beginner runners.

  • I do plan on finishing and not focusing a whole lot on speed. I found a diff plan that has just the distance and not the speed. But on the side I would like to speed up my 5k run. Thank you all for your advice! I appreciate it. :flowerforyou:

  • If I want an easy workout I do the eliptical if I want a hard workout I run outside...I wouldn't compare the 2. It's so much harder running outside! I agree start with the c25k program. I started with that and I hated to run and I love running now. Starts you out slow and builds you up. Good luck!
  • I had mine done.. I went in fasting and laid on the couch while breathing in the machine. She printed my results out right then and there.. I have a fast metabolism. 1962.   • I put them in yogurt, apple sauce, in my smoothies, oatmeal, salad... I've tried just putting it in water and it's doable but I don't care for the texture in water. Esp if it sits too long. kinda gets slimey.. also if you put it in smoothies drink up b/c it makes them thick after a while.. Enjoy! I love my chia seeds!!! :)
