I hate veggies. I know, I'm awful. I like corn, cucumbers and peppers. That's about it. My parents clearly should have forced me to eat more. I can eat fruit all day, but hate veggies. I like proteins-eggs, chicken, meat, cheese...but veggies...uhy! You're right though.

Nicely done! I never drink coffee but needed some today. I like my coffee with lots of milk and we didn't have any in my office so I used hazelnut creamer tubs...5 of them...and right before my first sip I read that each one has THIRTY calories!noooooo thanks! I promptly dumped it out!

This same person also told me I need to work out for an hour everyday and that the half hour I'm doing in the morning just won't cut it. How I haven't punched her is beyond me!

Ohhh laws, stay away from her! Who thinks that's a good idea to say to someone!? I had an old coworker(guy) tell me I was plus size and that I would be " way hotter" if I lost 15 pounds. My response was "when was the last time you got laid?!" ha!

Thanks everyone! Swimming does help but the pool at my gym is too cold and makes for a miserable workout! I've tried new shoes, new doctors, everything and really...I know that I just have to be patient. I walked two miles at lunch today but have to take it easy, or I too end up feeling like my Achilles is going to fall…
