Are you me? My view of water is that it is what you put in the back of the coffee pot :smile: I still try to drink some water! In this smiley, I raise the water in my right hand and drink the coffee from the cup in my left hand! :drinker:

Gyms should print your long thread and post it. I don't go to a gym, but I think that the "regulars" acting prissy would not be very encouraging.

Funny. Yes, you are who you are regardless of weight. You will be healthier when you lose a bit of weight, but you are still the same person and your daughter will still be a happy bride. Ooops----I should say that I will be healthier when I lose a bit of weight. But I am projecting my goals onto you :)

Here's my suggestion: The primary goal of your daughter's wedding is that at the end of the day, she will be married to the love-of-her-life. Everything else is fluff. I'm not quite sure why you want a multi but not the individuals. I take a multi, but I add more vit d, flaxseed, calcium and probiotics. I buy whatever 50+ I find, since I buy large bottles.
