I got distracted cooking the chicken, and so didn't enjoy the "Smokey" taste, so i will have to try that again. The soup is on the schedule for tonight :)

I am up for the 100lbs lost in 2012. I need to get it done. At around 2lbs a week it is so doable.

I wouldn't normally eat within an hour of exercise, but on the occassion where I have had nothing before I eat a banana, I find that will do me through an hour.

I would agree with Amy, fresh fruit and veg for three days, drink water and/or non-caffinated teas (not decaf) will give you just as good a detox as these detox systems

I couldn't agree more. I resented people trying to "help" me. I just hope she realises the strain she will be putting her later life under sooner rather than later.
