  • No way. Homemade better. You can use a smaller meat portion and load up on tons of veggies. I dont like frozen meals because of the small veggie portions. I love my veggies can you tell.

  • I picked one that was between 22 and 23 bmi. Also it was a weight I felt was healthy when I was there. I was about a size7/8 back then. ehh Idk. If I have to reevaluate I will but Im sticking with it. Im 5'6 so I think 140 would be very healthy without being too skinny.
  • Will you be able to stick with 1300 for a good long while. Probably not. Change it to 1lb a week. I would guess that would put you closer to 1500. 1300 will do you no good if you eventually burn out. Its a gradual process.

  • Either go the the gym in the evenings once my husband is home. Im usually back within an hr. They can and will survive without me. LOL. Or I get up early like around 5 to workout before the day gets started. I prefer getting up earlier because it gives me a fresh start and makes me feel energized.
