Realized my baby was almost 1 and I still hadnt lost all the baby weight n I had a closet full of clothes that didnt fit n we cant really afford to buy more. It was cheaper to lose weight. Lol

I eat carbs a lot of them. In fact im having pasta n garlic bread for dinner. I do try to eat whole wheat whenever possible. Except for white rice love the stuff.

Great. Most of my prepregnancy clothes fit. I feel more comfortable in my body. I feel healthier. Just getting that 20 lbs off I feel more able to do certain things physically.

Try small changes at first. Exercise 3x week walking or something. Buy more fruit n veggies to snack on. With 1800 calories you could afford to budget in some treats. I think they are both Important. Cardio great for heart health. Start with weights 2x a week. If you hate machines do something else. No cheesecake ever.. that is no way to live. I dont eat it often maybe few times a year but thats too yummy to give up forever. Maybe instead of banned list make a sometimes list as a treat assuming you have a few calories left over for dessert. :)

I used to eat snack wrap or mcdoubles but I cant eat it anymore mcdonalds makes my stomach hurt. So nothing.
