Yea either late night or get up early do a dvd there are lots of 20 min workouts. You can also do some floor work body weight exercises to start. I go to the gym from 5 to 6am. If not I have workout vids that are from 20 to 30 mins. I have 3 kids all under 5 there is no way I could go any other time.

Im a sahm too. I have 3 kids ages 5 , 3 will be 4 in march and my baby who is 14 months. It can be a challenge but for me it makes it easier to not go get fastfood. Just drink water no cals. :) I notice when I drink soda i crave sweets a whole lot more. Maybe thTs why you want the juices n teas with sugar.?? just keep drinking just water for a while you soon adjust n will actually crave water.

I have a household binder where I print n keep my fav recipes. I also keep my passwords security answers to my online accounts that I typed up n printed out. Eat often. Drink water. Brush your teeth take a shower these things sometimes distract me. Exercise even if itm means some pushups or squats. I try to eat every 3 hrs but everyone is diff.

Thats not a lot at all. Not all pregnant women are the same. Not all babies grow at same weight. Eat healthy foods n exercise if possible, if you can do that all will be fine. Bring a water bottle with u. I see nothing wrong with soda a few times a yr. Also just dont let it in your house. Once its gone forma few weeks you will find your cravings will go down. Healthwise equally important. We need healthy foods to maintain a healthy weight. Exercise is great also without it where would we get muscle gains and helps keep us heart healthy. Sure you will lose weight with just diet but eventually you come to a point where you want a nice fit toned body.

Can you take one day and prepare your meals ahead of time then freeze them. Then all you would have to do is heat and eat. That way your only in the kitchen cooking once and you can get all your dishes done so your not overtaking the kitchen. In a snap I love the gortons frozen fish that can be microwaved. thats a lot of donuts. i can usually only eat one cuz the sugar will make my belly hurt. but yea i usually eat what i want just less. i had one hot wing and a scoup of icecream for a snack earlier it was good.

i think its.silly to wait until the monday or the first. its true holidays are more trying but even if u have a few parties and xmas eve day new yr you still have thr rest of the month to eat healthy n exercise. its not a waste ever.

I do something similar sometimes ill eat closer to 1200 to.save up.for big calorie.days. Who cares.what other ppl.think as long as u arent starving urself.dont worry about it
