I cant i quit.months ago. Then i.had some at my sons bday party and omg the caffeine.surge.and crash did me in. Im not a coffee drinker either so Not having caffeine for months and then having a big cup really messed me up. I felt like ****..ehh

i say aim for 30 MINS worth.or more........ do a little of everything....i love the yoga. i like the FIT for when i cant get outside or to the gym. hoola hooping is FUN!!!!!

Dont buy it..Haha so easy i know..its not but.force ur self to go home eat some pb and veggies. If l see a.sweet i will eat it.. Its harder in the cold winter months for sure. Ive been buying more fruits n veggies which to my surprise my kids are eating more of.

I notice when i eat more processesed.foods.i feel like ****. I like a balance. My diet is prob 70/30 clean vs not. I love using whole.ingredients and cooking my own food. But i still like my breads n pastas and i work it in.

dont give up carbs thats just silly. I havent.. Lots of ppl havent. Maybe replace some with whole grains. Eat more fruits/veggies and less refined stuff... make it about balance. watch your total calories and exercise. its really not that complicated.

I had bad reactions to all types of hormonal birth control. Pill made me sick to my stomach. I also used the ring and that was no different. IUD was bad.. I had it for 7 months. It actually made my hair fall out in clumps. I would get hot flashes. Example it was 20degrees out and I went outside in shorts/tshirt flip flops…

me= I dont tell mostly because I dont wanna seem like braggy. LOL. Only if they ask do I say something or if they need help in that area. I do think ppl will notice when you lose weight especially if its a significant amount. Will they comment? maybe maybe not.

1st baby.....40lbs lost it by 3 mos 2nd baby.....50 lbs took 10 mos to lose it 3rd baby.......35 lbs. My son will be one next week. Im 3 lbs under prepregnancy weight. Although.didnt get serios about losing it until a few mos ago.

Not really. But I kinda slowed down on drinking once I had kids. Ages 4, 3, and 1. Im too tired to drink. Id rather sleep. HAHA I do drink occasionally like twice a yr. Usually when on vacation.

I think one day of extra cooking won't matter over hr long haul. It seems a bit over the top to track calories burned while cooking thanksgiving which comes once a yr. I say relax. Cook or don cook. Eat to satisfaction have one piece of pie and call it good. I think this is totally overanalyzing the situation.

Oh honey. Seek help. You can't Depend on ur bf weight or eating habits to get u thru ur bulemia. Have u seen anyone for this? Therapy? Anything. If u want to get better u have to do it for u. Besides for some gaining weight isn't easy. Not right to critisize his body so u will feel less bad about yours.
