            I drink one (sometimes 2) cup of coffee everyday, sweetened with goat milk, raw money and maybe a little bit of green leaf stevia powder. I also drink at least one gallon of water daily, with 32 oz. of that first thing in the morning. As far as supplementation goes, I consume a few different things daily but my favorite is stabilized rice bran, which is extremely nutritious and very high in antioxidants.0

Pretty much essentials, I try keep nice things for snacks sometimes like > almonds, pumpkin seeds, fruit (apples, tangerines, bananas) or whatever wierd cereal bar there is (atm there are 'go ahead yoghurt bars')0
