I have natural peanut butter every single day, and LOOVVVVEEE it.

Also...Not *every* day, but I have had bacon for 29 of the last 30 days :-)
I try not to eat something every single day or I get sick and bored with it. I drink water and milk everyday, does that count?

Almost every day I have a protein bar and a Diet Coke for breakfast on my drive to work. I also usually eat nuts at some point in the day. And of course, I have my IdealShake and 2 slices of toast with peanut butter just about every night for supper.

Eating a lot of the same foods everyday helps keep me on track. Other things I eat quite often: yogurt, lean cuisine meals for lunch at work, dates, string cheese, and Fudgecicles!

Chia Seed to lower blood pressure and help with shin splint inflammation so I can run without the burrrrrrning in my shins. Works like a charm. I used to only be able to go 30 seconds to a minute before it hurt like a....somethin' I shouldn't say.....Now I can go my full 6K route no problem.

Haha I know, I've been using salad as a lazy side on my main meal a lot. I've got to get into a routine of cooking tasty rounded meals that meet my nutrient goals, instead of just bunging a big load of carbs on the plate alongside a lazy pile of lettuce! *must try harder*

Nuts! Either peanuts or cashews. I'm not a big fan of almonds but I'm going to try to force myself to like them one of these days!!
