I haven't lost any pounds or inches...but I feel great!! I stay motivated to keep going which is why I haven't gained. I'm a glass half full person so it takes a lot to get me down. Keep it going!!

Thanks for the microwave tip; I have always done mine in the oven & cook it whole because it's too difficult to cut it in half. So I will def try it in the micro.

So awesome you ran in the Color me Rad 5K...I'm doing that one February in Miami and taking my grandgirls with me. Was it as much fun as it looks?? Looks like a blast!!

I'm still sipping my protein shake and working at my jobby job. My workout will be after work; I'll be heading to the gym for a brutal TRX session. after that class I can barely to the wheel in my car to get out of the parking lot. Have a great day!! :flowerforyou:

I'm running a 5K in Indianapolis in 9 days....it's to support my cousin, she has Ovarian Cancer. Running for a cure!! :bigsmile: So I'm in training mode, run, run, and more running.

My workout plan is pretty mixed up; I workout usually 5 days at the gym. I attend a variety of classes; Zumba, boot camp, circuit training and then also walk/run when I can fit that in as well.

I've been on MFP for 75 days and have only lost 2 pounds on the scale....also during that time I've lost 4.5 inches from my waist and 4.5 inches from my hips. If it hadn't been for the inches lost I probably would have given up; so don't give up...get a tape measure and start keeping track of the inches. Use all the tools…
