Im in week three and find that my joints need time to rest on my down day, after the first week i spent my sunday on my spin bike but the workouts are getting harder and harder so I am concentrating on trying to maximize the workout itself.

An actual non biased clinical trial has revealed that yes, it bad. Not the coke stuff, just the sweetener. Heres my totally uneducated, but logical opinion. If it is artificial, it is more than likely not good for you. Eat real food. Drink real sweeteners.

Nope, your calorie limit is setup to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week depending on what you set up. If you are eating a bit less you should, in theory lose more. of course there are always other variables which alter the weightless.

the answer is boring and basic, high fiber makes you feel fuller longer, keep it balanced, the nutritional breakdown on here really helps guide you in the right direction. Eat mainly whole foods, avoid processed, boring is the way.

Im referring to a good stout like a Guiness, at 4.2% alcohol its less calories than a bud. All beers can be made alcohol heavy but why not choose tasty beers that also save you calories. While in Utah, I had a delicious beer called Polygamy Porter, it was only 3.2% alcohol but delicious.

The heavier beers are usually lighter in Alcohol volume hence less calories. Beer has nutritional value, so include it, not to mention social, relaxation, making you more attractive to the ladies....lol....just keep within your calorie deficit. All these wonderful myths. There is zero scientific proof about this, its simply said so the average Joe doesn't get hungry and eat junk, a majority of the people on here aren't the average Joe, they are bound and determined to lose, or gain, and the time of day they consume their calories does not factor in.
