When I have avocados in my house I usually end up eating a full one on wholewheat toast for breakfast every day. I'm still losing weight fine, I just shift around other meals to make up for it. The good thing about this breakfast is it keeps me full for ages so I don't tend to snack.

I used to drink a lot of cider on nights out. Now I can't stomach it, it's way too sweet and makes me feel bloated, I stick to spirits with diet mixer when drinking now which means I usually spend less and drink less because since losing weight my alcohol tolerance has plummeted anyway.

Tofu scramble is a really quick meal to make. Just fry some veg and tofu up with a tiny bit of oil, it goes great with a slice of toast or I usually cook some lentils to throw in as well so it's really high protein and filling! When I'm at home I drink unsweetened almond, when I'm at my boyfriend's I drink rice milk because it's what he prefers. I use unsweetened soy milk for cooking.

I pre-log before I start cooking so I'm not tempted to add extra things when I'm cooking! I find that if I log after I've eaten I tend to forget weights/measurements of food.

I used to work at Subway and they are so strict on hygiene. Out of date food is never used, not even if it goes over by one day.
