First weight in was 244 Now at 236, and 2 inches down in my waist.

I did a run/walk last night, and I walked for 3 minutes, ran for 1 minute. I NEVER run, so this was an awesome challenge for me! And I felt so great afterwards! I hope the scarlett fever is getting better! :)

I am planning on just doing the gym, and really maintaining what I am eating. Hopefully the gym will be at least 3 times a week.

You can do it! I have just discovered this site, and I am loving it so far! Everyone is great motivation to keep it up, and I find myself getting on more and more each day.
