Its taken me 4 months to lose 48 pounds and i've spent 2hrs a day at least at the gym 6 days a week. Have given up smoking, beer, and fast food. Not dieted but am watching that i don't eat too much rubbish. I reckon a couple of pound a week is doable without too much heartache

Well done. I seem to loose about 5kg a month so i'm hoping to hit that zone in april.
