So i've been going to the gym for 4 months now and to be honest i'm addicted. I have lost 22 kilos up to now without dieting i have stopped eating fast food tho and do watch what i eat except for the odd chocolate bar now n then. I go to 3 or 4 classes a week either zumba or body combat and i do 5 to 6 gym sessions aswell…
