So i've been going to the gym for 4 months now and to be honest i'm addicted. I have lost 22 kilos up to now without dieting i have stopped eating fast food tho and do watch what i eat except for the odd chocolate bar now n then. I go to 3 or 4 classes a week either zumba or body combat and i do 5 to 6 gym sessions aswell which are an hour of cardio followed by half an hour of resistance and ab work followed by stretching. I don't think for one minute i am lacking motivation especially when doing cardio but i do tend to struggle with resistance. I think i probably push myself a little too hard at times and don't rest enough.
I have decided to hire a personal trainer for an hour a week. Its the guy that has set my programme up to now and changed it for me every 4 weeks. I am looking forward to it but am nervous aswell.
I hope that i can get good results from using him. 1st seesion is in an hours time wish me luck
