No kids, no candy for me. :( And noone brought any to work. I was under my calorie goal yesterday and I was even PLANNING on eating some!

Instead of saying "I can't eat that." I've been trying "I don't eat that". A lot of times people don't want to know your reasons for why you don't eat something. Maybe they are afraid you'll go into an anti-meat/vegetarian/vegan/gluten rage. Who knows? It's been working for me.

Jillian will definitely whip you into shape! I did it a few years ago and although I'm fairly athletic, I got a GREAT workout. Be careful, though! One of my friends got a stress fracture in her foot while doing it!

Just started using my fitnesspal again. I was using LIVESTRONG but half the time the nutrition tracker wasn't working. Anyway, I'm not as ambitious but I think 6 lbs will be doable. Even with all the holiday goodies around me! now: 149 mini goal: 143
