I gave into my cravings for hamburgers, but I chose the small hamburger and ate a few of my husbands fries. Satisfied the craving but didn't over induldge. I dont know about you, but in my first trimester I wasn't very hungry. So the smaller portions helped to curb my morning sickness. Congratulations on your pregnancy!!

I love my glasses! I might switch to contacts only to keep my glasses out of my toddler's hands.

I have used both. WW helped my husband and I lose almost 50lbs together. Because of the cost I chose to use MFP. I use the WW priciples with MFP. How long have you used WW? are you close to being a lifetime member, where you would no longer have to pay the membership fee?

Your body gets most of its water from the foods you eat. So, yes, our bodies would count this "water with additives" as water.

SW 150 got down to 120 than conceived my daughter started MFP at 133, CW 125, GW 120-115 wearing a size 2 right now.

Love it! Word of advice, do not look at yourself in the mirror while doing zumba. I end up laughing at myself and forgetting to follow the instructor. LOL

Ali was on the ranch then was voted off and came back. That was still hard but easier because she knew the drill of being on the ranch. Daphne and her borther didn't know how the ranch worked. I hope the producers do not do that again, my heart ached for them.

Oh my! She says "like", like every other, like word. Conda has alot of growing up to do. Also the producers of the show know who to put where in order to make conflict and drama. If there wasn't any of this most of America wouldn't watch the program.

if you eat alot of fruit you will always go over on your sugar. MFP doesn't take into account the different between natural sugar and processed sugar. If you are getting most of your sugar calories from fruit you will be fine going over. Just limit the processed sugar.

^^ Agree, but would like to add... I personally want to be in the middle of the normall BMI range. That way when I am maintianing if I gain or lose a few pounds here or there I wont be in the over or under weight range.

I have a jar. LOVE IT! I need a little sweet after dinner and this hits the spot. Usually I eat it with a spoon, but it is also good on just about anything you would put peanut butter on. My hubby bought it from TJ because it was from Holland. As I am dutch he thought I would enjoy it. And boy did we ever enjoy it. :)

Do an extra work out during the week. You have two sets of caloric goals. One is your daily intake, the other is your weekly intake. And don;'t beat yourself up if you are a little over now and then. We all have to slurge every now and then to keep our sanity.

I am 5'3 132lbs and am working to be 120 right now. I am still nursing my 8mo old so not really focusing on weightloss just healthier habits.

I was 105lbs when I graduated highschool in 2001. After two kids and a very happy marriage my CW is 132. SW 150. You know what they say when you are happy you gain wait and the hubby and I did just that. But we will get it off together. :blushing:

You will have a BLAST! My advice is to get in the middle so you can watch everyone aroudn you. It moves fast, but such a great work-out. I have gone only twice and I enjoy it alot. Also, you dont have to jump. I have not go good knees so I dont jump and still get a great work-out. Have fun!
